Fiebre Tifoidea.

Histoplasmosis

Blastomicosis

Criptococosis

Ficomicosis

d) Parásitos

Enfermedad Hidatídica.

Cisticercosis

Filaríasis

Infestación por Oxiuros.

En la sarcoidosis, las masas mamarios son subcutáneas, algunos casos con fijación a la piel, simulando carcinoma, lesiones indoloras, en otras ocasiones pacientes refieren molestias a la palpación. Para llegar al diagnóstico de sarcoidosis debe tener la paciente; rx de tórax (linfadenopatías hiliares, paratraqueales), prueba de kveim-stilzbach, determinación de la enzima convertidora de la angiotensina (aumenta en casos activos). Además baaf en masas utilizando coloraciones especiales, cultivos,etc.

Las mamografías presentan engrosamiento cutáneo aislado. En las jovenes se puede utilizar baaf antes que la radiología.

En la Granulomatosis Wegener, patología sistémica, caracterizada por vasculítis con inflamación granulomatosa necrotizante, afecta a pulmones, riñones.
